You should have a 20 - 30 degree bend in your knees. Keeping a two-finger gap between your seat and your kees with help improve blood circulation.

#3 >> Arms

With your shoulder blades resting against the seat, stretch your arms out over the steering wheel. Your wrists should bend over the edge of the steering wheel. Also, holding your hands at 7 o'clock and 4 o'clock will help relieve tension in your shoulder and neck muscles.

#4 >> Hips

Your seat height should be high enough to position your hips level with your knees. Using a cushion can help along with decreasing jostling from bumpy roads.

#5 >> Lower Back

Your seat should be set to 100-110 degree angle to avoid disc compression. You want the seat to rest comfortably in the arch of your back.

#6 >> Neck

Adjust the headrest so it's even with the back of your head. You should also have your head somewhat tucked like you are lightly holding a ball under your chin.
