Subluxation

Remember, subluxation is just a big fancy word that refers to a misalignment of the spine that interferes with the brain's ability to communicate properly with the rest of the body. Subluxations create GLOBAL effects with your well-being and life experience. By the same token, so do adjustments. When you are adjusted, whether one vertebra is adjusted, or multiple levels, the interference is removed from your nervous system and every cell of your body benefits from it.

Technology

We use state of the art technology to not only pinpoint areas of weakness throughout your spine and nervous system but to also ensure that those areas of weakness become stronger and more stable over time.

Atlas

While we focus on the neck, in particular the top bone called the atlas, we will check your spine from top to bottom. The atlas is the master switch to your fuse box; until we get this corrected and stable it doesn't matter what "switch" we flip down below. All this means is that one visit we may remove interference from your neck, but once that is stable the next visit we might find interference in your pelvis.

Rebuilding

The focus of care does NOT simply rest with how you are feeling but in how you are FUNCTIONING! We realize a health problem probably brought you into the office and we genuinely believe that it will improve as you receive and hold your adjustments over time. This is why we accepted your case! As we start care with a focus on improving function, we know that the better your body begins to function the more healing will cumulatively occur. Our focus is now shifted to REBUILDING your health.

Time

Chiropractic care is process. It will take time to remove the interference and restore proper nerve function so that your body can begin to function and heal again as it is designed to. We recommended a plan of care to give it the necessary time. It's not really about how bad the bone has been subluxated, it's more about how LONG the bone has been subluxated.

We won't spend time each visit asking how you are feeling. We will focus on how you are functioning. At your regular progress re-evaluations we will spend time discussing what is improving, what's staying the same and what, if anything, is getting worse. Certainly, if you feel the need to give feedback in between progress re-evaluations please do.
